🎬🚁🌭 These piss me off. Not those ones specifically, and definitely not in general. But the blogger emoji. Are so. Damn. Stupid.
For one, they don't come in loads of different colors like other ones do. This is my main issue with them, and it is SO STUPID. It's not that hard to create colorful sprites! This isn't the Goddamn stone age people! ADD COLOR! The one redeeming factor is that you can recolor them via text re coloration, but they would still be a lot better if they actually came in colors. Look at Gmail for example. Just LOOK at all that diversity! Colors... WOW. My second issue is the art style. It's so detailed/not detailed at the same time that when the emoji are small such as in normal text (or the select screen) YOU CAN'T TELL WHAT THEY ARE! Once again, having color would help a ton. Are those donuts or sushi? 🍣 Color would help. Here's another issue: The abundance of emoji's. Don't know what I'm talking about? T🂪R🂧Y🂺 🂡E🂷V🂽E🃊R🃒Y🂽 🂽S🂼I🂭N🃃G🃆L🃟E f***ing card. In existence. Ever.
Well that little rant is over. Time for something else! Remember those three emoji at the top? Well I'm writing a story based off of those tomorrow. And another two stories from other emote combos too! Stay tuned.
The emojis are very stupid, so I avoid emojis totally. You describe frustration very well, and who does need every playing card?? Nice slice!
ReplyDeleteI see we are adding to the Logan Tips menagerie. I appreciate your HTML tutorial, except I just discovered it doesn't work in comments. I'm definitely going to abuse it. Anyways, like Miles, I instinctively avoid emoticons in just about everything. Nice slice!
