Well... This is Shitmap... Or is it Bitshat? Let's start with the obvious reasons it sucks: ITS PRACTICALLY MS PAINT! What about it? Well, as I mentioned in last years famous paint rant, that means it HAS NO LAYERS. OR OTHER SELECTION METHODS OF ANY KIND. Sure, you can box select but we all know that's broken as all eggs I've ever come into contact with. So what else? Well in my MS paint rant, I mentioned that paint had a grand total of 23 shapes, comparable to word with over 100 shapes. So how many shapes does scratch have? I'll give you a hint, you can count it on one hand while holding up the hand symbol for peace. That's right, TWO. A RECTANGLE AND AN OVAL. And the best worst part is, ONCE YOU PUT THEM DOWN YOU CAN'T MOVE THEM! Making a penguin game but realize at the very end that your first oval was screwed up? Well you've screwed up the next five minutes while you remake that penguin from... Well lets just say from Scratch. [Error] [Pun Overload] [Please Stop] [Search Error Code d5l7e2]

What a change of scenery... Literally, because with vector mode you'll be able to change your rectangular and ovular scenery! So whats up with vectors? All the cool kids use 'em right? Well... Yes. Although vector mode doesn't have official "Layers" It allows you to change shapes! Going back to our penguin example, you would be able to EDIT the penguin (That is, if Club Penguin wasn't dead) and make it normal again! So use vector mode. Or, better yet, DON'T USE SCRATCH AT ALL! That'll get em.
ALSO: From yesterday, (technically today) only one person has gotten it right so far. The answer Is that all of them are alternative truths. Duh.
MS Paint drives me crazy, just in general. Plus, if you're trying to draw some shoes or something on said penguin, the lines look fine until you release the mouse. Then they shrink on the edges. Not enough to notice at first, just enough so the filler tool can slip through where you thought the lines joined. Nice slice.
ReplyDeleteI don't use MS Paint, just like Miles, but your slice was great. The content was very humorous, and I enjoy the rants.
ReplyDeleteI understood none of this because I don't use Paint but it was still pretty funny.
ReplyDeletelol shitmap
